You'll be able to receive your TCL card loaded with a 3-month subscription OFF FREE by entering all the elements on the form below. You will receive your TCL card loaded with your 3-month subscription after verification and validation of the elements transmitted.

However, for the TCL offer, the duration is between 4 and 8 weeks, the time it takes for the subscriber card to be created. Conversely, for the Vélo'v offer, activation is immediate.
