TCL à la demande is currently reinforcing the TCL network in 8 sectors: Vallée de la Chimie, Techlid, Mi-Plaine and 5 new sectors in Villefranche Beaujolais.

It makes it easy to reach the connection points to the TCL network, railway stations, the town centers of neighboring communes or shopping malls.

You can:

  • Get around wherever you like within the area served, taking advantage of a comfortable vehicle suited to your travel needs.
  • Join the area served from one of the connection points to the TCL network

⏱️ Schedules by sector

  • Vallée de la Chimie, Mi-Plaine and Techlid (Lyon conurbation): available Monday to Friday from 6am to 8pm (Excluding public holidays)
  • Villefranche Zones d'activités operates Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 19:30pm and Saturday from 09:00 to 19:00.
  • Villefranche Sud-Ouest and Villefranche Nord-Ouest operate Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 19:30.
  • Villefranche Soir operates Monday to Sunday, as well as on public holidays*, between 19:00 and 22:00.
  • Villefranche Dimanche et jours fériés operates Sundays and public holidays* from 09:00 to 19:00.

This service is available to passengers with a TCL ticket or season ticket.

⚠️ On the Vallée de la Chimie, Mi-Plaine and Techlid territories, it is necessary to have an occasional ticket or season ticket including zone 1 ("zones 1 and 2" or "toutes zones"). For the Villefranche Beaujolais conurbation,an occasional pass or subscription including zone 4 is required ("zones 3+4" or "zones 4+5" or "all zones except zone 1" or "all zones").

On the TCL on-demand app

  1. Download the TCL on-demand app on Google Play or on the App Store.
  2. Book your journey 15 min before departure or up to 4 weeks in advance. For Villefranche sur Saône areas, 30min before your departure or up to 30 days in advance.
  3. Define your departure and arrival locations
  4. Choose your departure or arrival slot. Slots are available every 1/4 hour!
  5. Receive a proposal for a pick-up and drop-off point (TCL network stop or TCL meeting point on request)
  6. Confirm your reservation
  7. Evaluate my trip once it's completed

🗓️ What happens on the day of your trip?

  1. You receive a reminder of your reservation one hour beforehand. Remember to cancel it if it is no longer needed.
  2. You receive a message 15 minutes before the start of the reserved slot, confirming the exact time of my journey and the pick-up location. The TCL on-demand application allows you to view the vehicle's approach in real time and shows you the best pedestrian route to your meeting point.
  3. Arrive at your departure point 2 min before the set departure time. The driver will be there at the exact time! Don't miss it!
  4. When the TCL on-demand vehicle arrives, wave to the driver and identify yourself to him to confirm your pick-up.

ℹ️ How do I modify or cancel a trip?

You can modify or cancel your reservation up to 15 minutes on the Techlid, Mi-plaine and Vallée de la chimie territories and 30 minutes on the Villefranche sur Saône conurbation before the pick-up time via your account on the app, the tad.tcl.fr website or Allo TCL.

In the event of delay or impediment, we invite you to cancel your journey or reschedule it for another time slot.
