How do I obtain a SEPA mandate?

Please sign and send the SEPA direct debit mandate for all direct debit subscriptions.

For greater peace of mind on a daily basis, TCL subscriptions are debited each month by SEPA mandate. The SEPA direct debit mandate is a document by which the owner of a bank account gives notice of a direct debit to a creditor. Once the creditor has received the mandate, he can ask his bank to set up the direct debit

How to obtain a SEPA mandate

  1. Go to the "SEPA direct debit form".
  2. Complete, generate the form and sign the form (Need help signing? Follow this tutorial).
  3. Print the form.
  4. Attach the form and the RIB (bank identification statement) to your subscription file

Precisions:

If your bank account is debited for several subscriptions, a mandate must be generated for each subscription debit: please send all the mandates generated.
