What are the eligibility conditions?
To benefit from the Découverte Mobilités offer, you must be of legal age and live in one of the 58 communes of the Lyon Metropolitan Area. Also, you must not have subscribed (during the last 36 months) to the services you wish to test (TCL , En Covoit', Vélo'v and Citiz En Autopartage). Only the Freevélo'v offer is not subject to this non-subscription condition, as it is already reserved for metropolitan residents aged between 18 and 25 and able to prove one of the following statuses: student, job seeker or on a path to integration. .

Yes, if your main residence is also located within the territory of the Metropole of Lyon. Otherwise, you will not be eligible for the Découverte Mobilités offer.
What is the duration of the services offered?
If you are eligible, the Découverte Mobilités offer provides between 3 and 12 months of free subscriptions depending on the services, as well as credits to discover alternative means of transport to the private car present in the territory. Only the subscription to the FreeVélo'v service is valid for 12 months, subject to access conditions.
How and when to take advantage
The offer is available from February 16, 2026, on the'Agence des Mobilités en ligne which gives you access to the Toodego registration platform. Subject to your eligibility, an activation code may be sent to you following a short questionnaire on your mobility practices. The offer is available within the limits of available appropriations, set aside in the metropolitan budget.
