Mobility discovery offer: operation and activation of offers
How do I activate the Découverte Mobilités offer?
Once the request has been made with the prescribing agent, a certificate is issued to you as an attachment to the Toodego email validating your Découverte Mobilités offer request. You can also ask the prescriber to print out this certificate for you. The attestation number is written in the header of this document.

Your attestation is sent to you as an attachment to the Toodego email validating your Découverte Mobilités offer request.
What should I do with the attestation I have received?
The attestation issued by Métropole de Lyon is an essential document for activating the offers you have selected. It is systematically required to register and activate your offers on partner sites (TCL and En Covoit' Rendez Vous, Vélo'vPlus, En Autopartage Citiz and FreeVélo'v).
Once received, how long is my attestation valid?
The attestation given when registering on the Toodego platform is valid for 3 months from the date of receipt. You must use it to register with the various TCL services and En Covoit', Vélo'v, Citiz En Autopartage and Free Vélo'v , within 3 months. After this period, the attestation will no longer be accepted by the offer partners.
What to do with the promotional codes contained in my attestation?
If you have selected the Velo'v and En Autopartage Citiz mobility offers, two promotional codes specific to these offers are indicated in your attestation. To take advantage of them, you need to enter them on these partners' websites.
Is the activation of mobility offers instantaneous? When can I use the service offers?
The activation and delivery times for the offers may vary according to each Découverte Mobilités partner. On average, it takes around 2 weeks before you can use the mobility service you have chosen. However, for the TCL offer, the time is between 4 and 8 weeks. Conversely, for the Vélo'v offer, activation is immediate.
When does my subscription start?
Your offer will start when you activate the service for the first time.
The fixed durations for the different offers are as follows:
- 3 months for the TCL subscription, En Covoit' Rendez Vous
- 3 months for the Vélo'v Plus subscription,
- 3 months for the Citiz En Autopartage subscription,
- 12 months for the long-term rental of a FreeVélo'v bike
Do I have to pay in advance to activate my offer?
No, our partners' offers are free of charge from the moment you activate your account in Toodego and receive your certificate. Don't forget to enter the promotional codes you are asked to enter for the Velo'v and En Autopartage Citiz services!
Will I receive any money to activate the offers?
No, no payment will be made to you by the Metropole of Lyon. You will not be asked for any financial information in the Toodego course. Only credits can be paid to you in your Citiz customer area when the carsharing offer is activated.
If I am already a subscriber to one of the mobility services, can I benefit from the Découverte Mobilités offer?
Yes, if I am a current or past subscriber to one of the services, I can activate all the other service offers for which I am not a subscriber. For example, if I've already subscribed to Vélo'vPlus, I can't activate the "Vélo'vPlus" offer, but I can request and activate the TCL offer.
