The TCL card

The TCL card is the main holder of all TCL network season tickets and 10-trip booklets (Plein Tarif, Moins de 26 ans and Famille Nombreuse).
It's a personal, nominative card that allows you to load TCL network tickets and validate journeys.

It's valid for 5 years.

Finished with tickets that get lost in your pockets: you can load up to 4 books of 10 journeys!

For whom?

For you who occasionally and regularly use the TCL network (buses, metros, streetcars, funiculars, shuttles, Pleine Lune lines, Navigône and Parcs relais)

How much does it cost?

The card costs €5.

Where and how to get it?

If you change your postal address: please go to a TCL branch with proof of address or online on our website in the contact us section.

For an online order, please allow about 8 days for delivery to your home.

Pieces to provide:

  • Piece of identity
  • 5 € for the creation or renewal of your TCL card
  • Recent headshot, framed on the face, bare head and on a plain, light background. Possibility of being photographed at the branch.

Other supporting documents may be required depending on the ticket you wish to purchase: go to the titles and fares page to consult all the descriptions of the tickets.

What to do in the event of loss or theft?

Use the Click and Collect service and pick up your new card at one of our 5 TCL agencies (not available in Villefranche).

You can also go to a TCL agency with your ID or family record book.
A new card will be issued. You'll be able to continue using your current pass at no cost other than the cost of making a new card (5 euros). Any unused tickets or your season ticket can be recovered and put back on your new card.

If you change your mailing address: please visit a TCL office with proof of address, or go online to our website and visit the “Contact Us” section.

Documents required:

  • Identification
  • €5 for the issuance or renewal of your TCL card
  • A recent front-facing photo, showing only your face, with your head uncovered and against a plain, light-colored background. You may have your photo taken at the office.
