Options for entering and exiting the station for passengers who cannot use the stairs (fixed and mechanical / escalators):
➡️ How to enter the station to access the
toward Vénissieux Station?
- Take elevator 711 located on the other side of the station (see a photo of the elevator)
- Take the metro toward Gare de Vaise to the Mermoz-Pinel station
- Take elevator 721 to the 1st floor (see a photo of the elevator)
- Then take elevator 722 to reach the platform heading toward Vénissieux Station (see a photo of the elevator)
➡️ How do I exit the station?
- Take the metro to the Gare de Vénissieux station
- Take elevators 702 and then 701 to get back on the metro toward Gare de Vaise (see a photo of elevator 702 and elevator 701)
- Then get off at the Parilly station

Contact Allô TCL to plan your trips in advance or get help if you encounter accessibility issues on the TCL network. New: Calls from the "Elevators and Escalators" menu will be prioritized daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., starting February 24.
How to do it?

- Press 0 to access the "Elevators and Escalators" menu
- Then select your option:
- If you are a wheelchair user or have limited mobility and are currently having difficulty entering or exiting a subway station, press 1.
- If you would like to get information on how the elevators and escalators work, press 2.
- To check the availability of elevators and escalators, press 3.
- Then enter the 3-digit elevator number (located above the door) or the 4-digit escalator number (located inside the right handrail).
- Finally, press * to view the complete list of available escalators and elevators.
