I've changed my TCL card. How can I continue to earn points?

Loyalty Program MascotTo continue earning points via the TCL Loyalty Program, if you change your TCL card, you are asked to enter your new TCL card number in your personal area: Dashboard - View my profile - My personal information.

In the event that this change is not made directly, you will continue to accumulate points linked to your validations. While waiting for the change to be made by you, your account remains active.

In the event of a change of service (from TCL to Oùra and vice versa), please contact the Loyalty Program customer service department via the dedicated form available on the site, at the bottom of the page.
