How do I cancel my subscription?

I have a direct debit subscription (unlimited monthly) or an annual subscription

To stop your contract simply visit a sales office with your TCL card or make the request via our form.

Caution: any termination of a contract at the end of the current month must be requested before the 20th of the same month in the case of a written request, or no later than the 25th of the same month in the case of an approach at a commercial agency.

You may keep your TCL card after termination for possible future use, or for its possible support of a Vélo'v subscription.

I have a TCL subscription by direct debit on my Oùra card

Cancellation for direct debit subscriptions must be done in agency before the 25th of the month, provided with the Oùra card. No cancellations can be made remotely.Cancellation must be made at the agency where the subscription was taken out.

ex: I have taken out a subscription at a Cars du Rhône agency, if I wish to cancel it, I must go to a Cars du Rhône agency.

In the event of loss or theft, go to the agency: all unused tickets or your subscription can be recovered and put back on your new card. Please note: tickets are recovered within 72 hours.
