How to recognize and avoid fraudulent e-mails and calls?

Fraudulent emails and calls can be made by criminals.

  • Email: to make sure it's an official TCL communication, check the sender's email: the emails sent by our teams all have an address ending in "@tcl.fr".
  • Phone: the Allô TCL number never contacts users directly: it's a number for receiving calls only.

If you receive an incoming, suspicious call claiming to be from TCL or displaying Allô TCL, don't give out any personal information and report it immediately.
Whether by email or telephone, a TCL agent will never take the initiative to contact you to ask for personal or banking information.

If you have communicated your login and password as part of a scam: change it on all your accounts.

If you have made a payment, we recommend that you as soon as possible contact your bank in order to make a bank opposition specifying that it is an online scam. Your bank will tell you what to do.

If in doubt, contact ALLÔ TCL from Monday to Sunday and public holidays (6am / 10pm) on 04 26 10 12 12 (price of a local call).
