How can I find out if an elevator or escalator is available?
It is possible to find out about the availability of elevators and escalators on the TCL network thanks to several tools:
- On our website in the section: "Getting around" > "Elevator and escalator availability"
- On the TCL app: "Menu" tab > "Accessibility information on equipment"
- By sms, notifications and/or email by subscribing to traffic info/accessibility alerts. (Remember to bookmark your line).
By contacting AllĂŽ TCL to anticipate your journeys or help you if you have difficulty accessing the TCL network.
New: calls to the "Lifts and escalators" menu will be prioritized every day from 6am to 10pm, from February 24.
How to proceed?
- đ± Call 04 26 10 12 12
- Type 0 to access the "Lifts and escalators"
- Then choose your option:
- If you are a user in a wheelchair or with reduced mobility and actually experiencing difficulty accessing or exiting a metro station, type 1.
- If you wish to obtain information on the operation of elevators and escalators, type 2.
- To know the availability of elevators and escalators, type 3.
- Then enter the 3-digit elevator number (located above the door) or the 4-digit escalator number (located inside the right-hand ramp).
- Finally, type * to see the full list of available escalators and elevators.
Modernizing your equipment: From 2026 to 2029, TCL is investing in your comfort: 24 elevators in 12 metro stations and 23 escalators are being replaced to improve the network's day-to-day reliability.
