Solutions for accessing and exiting the station, for users unable to use the stairs (fixed and escalators):

➡️ How to enter the station to access the direction Gare de Vaise?

1. Take elevator 712 on the other side of the station
2. Take the metro in the direction of Gare de Vénissieux to the Gare de Vénissieux terminus
3. Take elevator 702 to the 2nd floor
4. Then take elevator 701 to the Gare de Vaise platform

➡️ How do I get out of the station?

1. Take the metro to Mermoz - Pinel
2. At Mérmoz - Pinel station, take the metro to Gare de Vénissieux : take elevators 721 then 722
3. Then get off at Parilly station, direction Gare de Vénissieux

Reminder: use fixed stairs and escalators if you can!

Tips for anticipating your journeys:

Check the operating status of equipment, in real time: on the sitein the "Se déplacer" > "Elevator and escalator availability", on the TCL app in the "Menu" tab > "Equipment accessibility information" or by subscribing via sms, notifications and/or email to alertes info trafic/accessibilité.

Contact Allô TCL to anticipate your journeys or help you if you have difficulty accessing the TCL network. New: calls to the "Lifts and escalators" menu will be prioritized every day from 6am to 10pm, from February 24.

3. Then choose your option:

• If you are a user in a wheelchair or with reduced mobility and actually experiencing difficulty accessing or exiting a metro station, type 1.
• If you wish to obtain information on the operation of elevators and escalators, type 2.
• To know the availability of elevators and escalators, type 3.
• Then type the 3-digit elevator number (located above the door) or the 4-digit escalator number (located inside the right-hand ramp).
• Finally, type * for a complete list of available escalators and elevators.
