Elevator 742 at Grange Blanche
is undergoing replacement work for approximately 8 weeks, starting June 22.
Options for entering and exiting the station for passengers who cannot use the stairs (fixed and mechanical / escalators):

- Follow the signs to take elevator 741 located at Place d'Arsonval (see the elevator).
➡️ How to exit Grange Blanche station?
- Take elevator 741 on the Metro D platform (see the elevator).
- Go up to the 2nd floor
- Exit onto Place d'Arsonval

Contact Allô TCL to plan your trips in advance or get help if you encounter access difficulties on the TCL network. New: Calls from the "Elevators and Escalators" menu will be prioritized every day from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., starting February 24.

- Press 0 to access the "Elevators and Escalators" menu
- Then select your option:
- If you are a wheelchair user or have limited mobility and are currently having difficulty entering or exiting a metro station, press 1.
- If you would like information on the operation of elevators and escalators, press 2.
- To check the availability of elevators and escalators, press 3.
- Then enter the 3-digit elevator number (located above the door) or the 4-digit escalator number (located inside the right handrail).
- Finally, press * to view the complete list of available escalators and elevators.
