Optibus: transport on demand for people with reduced mobility
The Optibus service is aimed at people with motor or visual disabilities.
It complements the services offered by the TCL network and provides door-to-door assistance using specially adapted vehicles.
Two services on offer
Hours: service available every day from 6am to 1am, except May 1.
The scope of operation covers the 74 communes served by the TCL network.
How to use these 2 services?
Optibus service
Accessible on registration and reserved for people:
- with a motor disability, permanent or temporary, requiring the use of a wheelchair
- or with a visual disability.
For safety reasons, access to the Optibus service may be subject to approval by a commission made up of a service manager and an occupational therapist.

Once you've registered for the service, you can book Optibus transport at 04 37 25 24 24 (7am to 8pm, Monday to Sunday) or at optibus.fr.
Optiguide service:
The Optiguide service, reserved for Optibus-registered customers, provides you withan attendant who guides you from your place of departure, throughout your journey on the TCL network and to your final destination.
Once your Optibus registration is finalized, you can book the Optiguide service at 04 37 25 24 24 (the day before departure).
Le service Optiguide, réservé aux clients inscrits à Optibus, met à votre disposition un accompagnateur qui vous guide depuis votre lieu de départ, tout au long de votre trajet sur le réseau TCL et jusqu’à votre destination finale.
Lorsque l'inscription au service Optibus est finalisée, vous pouvez reserver le service Optiguide au 04 37 25 24 24 (la veille avant le départ).
