Cycle Park (P+R)
Dedicated and secure spaces
Today, the Lyon Metropolitan area's cycling network exceeds 1,000 km! To easily combine bicycle use with the TCL network, we offer specific bicycle parking spaces in stations and Park and Ride lots across the TCL network.
TCL subscribers holding a TCL card or an Oura card can benefit from this service to leave their bicycles for free in dedicated and secure spaces.
🔒 These parking spaces are secure: equipped with video surveillance, access control, and more.
How does it work?
- Present your card in front of the validator located at the entrance of the Cycle Park
- If you have already validated your transit pass during the day: the gate will open without using a new ticket. I
- f you have not yet validated your transit pass: the gate will open and validate your ticket, which can then be used on the network.
- Park your bike in the cycle park and then travel on the TCL network.
- Au retour, passer votre carte devant le valideur pour pouvoir accéder au parc relais vélos
Who can benefit from this?
Access is exclusively reserved for cardholders :
- Of a registered TCL card loaded with an active TCL subscription
- Of a registered TCL card loaded with a 10-ticket booklet
- Of an Oura card loaded with a combined Oura + TCL subscription
The rechargeable ticket is not accepted because it is not registered to a specific person.
General Information
- Overnight parking is permitted. Bicycles can be parked 24/7. However, the Park and Ride facilities are not accessible between 1:00 AM and 4:30 AM.
- Non-motorized two-wheelers and scooters are not accepted in the cycle parks.
- Access to the park and ride facility is authorized during the operating hours of the transit services they connect to.
- The maximum duration for bicycle parking is 15 days.
- Cargo bikes must be parked in dedicated spaces, where available.
