How to book an appointment online at a TCL agency?

  1. Select the agency of your choice (the Villefranche-sur-Saône agency does not offer online appointment booking)
  2. Select the date and time then click on book
  3. Fill in your email address and the reason for the appointment. A confirmation email will be sent to you
  4. Then come to the agency with the confirmation email
  5. An agent will give you a priority ticket. Please note that a maximum delay of 15 minutes is tolerated
