Reduced solidarity subscription - When and how do I renew my rights?
Reduced Solidarity Pass entitlement is granted for varying lengths of time depending on the situation:
- Non-taxable persons in receipt of a France Travail benefit (ARE, AREF, RFPE, RFF, ASP, ASS, ASSF), a subsidized contract (CIE, PEC, CDDI), a PIER commitment contract, a PACEA contract and unemployed young people aged 18 to 24: Renewal of rights every 6 months
- Beneficiaries of CSS, AME, FAJ, a jeune majeur contract entrusted to the ASE and the AFPA 16-18 year old promo: Renewal of entitlement on change of situation
- Non-taxable person aged 65 and over, non-taxable retired person aged 60 and over, veteran and widow(er) aged 65 and over, war or industrial cripple aged under 65:renewal of entitlement on each renewal of TCL card (5 years).
- College, high school or university students on scholarship, pupils in SEGPA / ULIS / ITEP / IME: renewal of entitlement at the start of each school and university year, the duration of which is defined by the beneficiary's certificate.
- Children receiving AEEH: every 2 to 5 years, depending on the level of disability indicated by the MDMPH
