Free solidarity subscription - When and how do I renew my rights?
The right to a free Solidaire subscription is granted for variable periods depending on the situation:
- RSA beneficiaries, asylum seekers, those with a residence permit and those on a youth employment contract: Renewal of rights every 6 months
- ASPA and ASI beneficiaries: Renewal of entitlement every 2 years
- AHAH beneficiary: Renewal of entitlement every 2 to 5 years, depending on the degree of disability indicated by the MDMPH
- Visually impaired, war and industrial disabled person: Renewal of entitlement each time the TCL card is renewed
- RSJ beneficiary: Renewal of entitlement every 3 months
- For entitled children(of RSA beneficiaries, asylum seekers or residence permit applicants):
- Until the age of 16: they benefit from free travel without proof of schooling. Their rights are open until August 31.
- Young people in school from the age of 17 up to the age of 25: benefit from free admission on presentation of proof of schooling. Their rights are open until August 31.
- Young people not attending school from the age of 17 up to the age of 25: benefit from free travel for 6 months.
