How do I contact TCL Lost & Found?

Please respect these deadlines so that we can check whether the item has been found and direct you to the place where you can retrieve it.

🚫 No search will be made for food products for hygiene reasons.

Lost item same day:

  • On a bus :

- Less than an hour ago → Call Allô TCL at 04 26 10 12 12 (price of a local call).

- More than an hour ago → Wait until after 5pm the next day to call Allô TCL at 04 26 10 12 12.

  • On a streetcar, metro, funicular or river shuttle: ❌ No need to call the same day, the item could not yet be brought back by our agents.

Item lost the day before or on a previous day:

After 5pm the next day: 👉 Call Allô TCL at 04 26 10 12 12.

📩 When calling, please specify:

  • A brief, precise description of the object
  • The mode of transport in which you lost it: bus, streetcar, metro, funicular or river shuttle.
  • Your first and last name
  • Your telephone number

📢 If your item is found, we will contact you and let you know where you can pick it up.
