For the deaf or hard of hearing, call us via the Elioz platform from a computer, smartphone or tablet, webcam and internet connection.
You will be put in touch with an advisor through Langue des Signes Française (LSF), Transcription en Temps Réel de la Parole (TTRP) or Langue française Parlée Complétée (LPC).
An advisor is available from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 7:00pm and on Saturday, 9:00am to 12:00pm to provide information and help with your mobility needs.

To facilitate your communication, a reception desk equipped with a BIM (Boucle d'Induction Magnétique) is available in almost all agencies (only the Villefranche sur Saône agency is not equipped).
This magnetic audio transmission device allows you to communicate with the TCL agent.
