What is the Oùra card?

The Oùra card is a personal, nominative smart card that holds transit passes (season tickets, tickets, ticket books) for one or more networks.

The card costs €5 and is valid for 5 years.

In the event of loss or theft, visit a branch: all unused tickets or your season ticket can be recovered and put back on your new card.

Please note: tickets are recovered within 72 hours.

What tickets can be loaded onto this card?

  • Subscriptions combined with other networks: the T'Libr, Isère Pass, TCL+TER+MRESO
  • Packets of 10 trips: Full fare / Under 26 / Large family
  • Single trip (agency only)

Where can I buy my card and load my ticket?

Produce supporting documents for TCL agencies:

  • Piece of identity
  • 5 € for the Oura card (if you don't have one)
  • Recent headshot, framed on the face, bare head and plain, light background. Possibility of being photographed in the agency

Cancellation:

Cancellation for direct debit subscriptions must be made in the agency before the 25th of the month, provided with the Oùra card. No cancellation can be made remotely.Cancellation must be made at the agency where the subscription was taken out.

Cancel an unpaid subscription:

Cancellation must be made at the branch where the subscription was taken out.

Modify your account, change your contact details:

You must go to the branch where the subscription was taken out.
