How to enter your TCL card number correctly

Where can I find my TCL card number?

  1. Go to the back of your TCL card
  2. Refer to "Card No."

Only 10 digits must be filled in:

  • If your TCL card starts with a "0" and has 12 digits, only the last 10 must be filled in

Example: your card number is: "014738559061" -> You must fill in "4738559061"

  • If your TCL card does not start with a "0", all digits must be filled in

Example: your card number is as follows: "4738559061" -> You must fill in "4738559061"
