Job offers
The TCL network is managed by SYTRAL Mobilités, which draws up and implements the conurbation's transport policy, makes investments, defines fare policy and adapts the transport offer.
Since January 1, 2025, operation of the TCL network has been entrusted to several specialized operators:
- RATP Développement is responsible for operating the heavy modes (metro, tramway and funiculars) as well as managing the network's interchanges, energy and safety, in addition to rolling stock and infrastructure maintenance.
- Keolis Bus Lyon is responsible for the operation of buses and trolleybuses, the tram/metro replacement plan, school lines and transport on demand (TAD), as well as the maintenance of rolling stock and bus depots.
- TCL Relation Usagers's main mission is to support passengers, by taking charge of passenger information, customer relations, communication, marketing and ticketing management for the entire TCL network.
- La Société Publique Locale de Mobilités is in charge of operating the Parcs Relais (P+R), guaranteeing better management of parking infrastructures on the outskirts of the TCL network to encourage intermodality.
- Courriers Rhodaniens Lyon (formerly Cars Berthelet) is responsible for operating part of the TCL network's regular and school bus routes.
- Maisavia, (formerly Autocars Maisonneuve) is responsible for operating part of the TCL network's regular and school bus routes.
- Transdev Rhône-Alpes is responsible for operating part of the TCL network's regular and school bus routes.
- Keolis Autocars Planche is responsible for operating part of the TCL network's regular and school bus routes.
- Transdev Villefranche Beaujolais is responsible for operating Transports A la Demande (TAD) and part of the TCL network's regular and school bus routes.
- RATP Dev Navette fluviale de Lyon is responsible for operating the Navigône river shuttle.
On a daily basis, TCL agents guarantee the quality, reliability, safety and comfort of the TCL network.
