Subscription reserved for residents of communes in zones 1 to 5 and meeting certain conditions. Allows unlimited travel on all zones.

Did you know?

  • Subscription loaded on TCL card, which must be validated each time you ride. The TCL card is free except in the event of loss, theft or malfunction caused by the user. If you don't have one, go to TCL agencies to create one.
  • Access to the entire TCL "Toutes zones" network: metros, funiculars, streetcars, trambuses, Navigône, buses and Pleine Lune lines (excluding the stadium shuttle).
  • Rights valid from 3 months to 5 years depending on each beneficiary situation. Please remember to renew 15 days before your current rights expire

  • The carriers of the Mobility Inclusion Card (CMI) can be accompanied free of charge on the network, thanks to the "Accompagnant CMI" Card. More information
  • Free access (subject to conditions) to Parcs Relais (P+R) for cars and bikes as well as for secured bike stands.

1. Allocataire du Revenu de Solidarité Active (RSA) et ses ayants-droit portés sur l'attestation

Required documents:

- Last certificate of RSA entitlement issued by the CAF, the MSAor the SSI
- Proof of address less than 3 months old if the certificate was not issued in the Rhône

2. Asylum seeker in the process and his/her beneficiaries listed on the attestation

Required documents:

- Valid asylum application certificate
. - If attestation of asylum application without address: Attestation of domiciliation issued by Forum Réfugiés, CADA, ADOMA or the association Lanterne accueil,

3. Residence permit applicant in the process without the right to work and his/her children

Required documents:

- Receipt of application for a valid residence permit with the words "Does not authorize its holder to work".
- For entitled children, please see here for conditions. Supporting documents required: health insurance certificate, CSS certificate, mutuelle card or RSA certificate.

4. Beneficiary of the Allocation de Solidarité aux Personnes Agées (ASPA) and spouse

Required documents:

- Attestation de paiement de retraite avec la mention "Allocation de Solidarité aux Personnes Agées"or "Allocation Supplémentaire".

You can retrieve this proof online, from the Retirement Insurance personal space:
- For the spouse: a piece of identification and the tax notice showing his/her full identity and the couple's income.

5. Beneficiary of the Allocation Supplémentaire d'Invalidité (ASI)

Documents to provide:

- Last quarterly pension payment certificate from the Medicare, the MSA or the SSI indicating a non-zero ASI amount

6. Beneficiary of the Allocation Adulte Handicapée (AAH)

Pieces to provide:

- Last certificate from the CAF or the MSA
. - Notification from the Maison Départementale et Métropolitaine des Personnes Handicapées (MDMPH) Rhône or Lyon or the Maison Départementale des Personnes Handicapées (MDPH) Ain and Loire.

Renewal of rights every 2 to 5 years, depending on the degree of disability indicated by the MDMPH or MDPH

7. Visually impaired person

Required documents:

- Carte Mobilité Inclusion (CMI) with the mention "invalidité", with a sub mention "cécité" (central vision less than 1/20th of normal)
Or
- Medical certificate less than one year old specifying a rate of blindness less than or equal to 1/20th in each eye and/or visual field less than or equal to 20°.

8. War Disabled 65 years and older

with a disability rate of at least 50%

Required documents:

- Card issued by the Office National des Anciens Combattants et Victimes de Guerre (ONaCVG) with a red bar indicating at least 50% disability

10. Beneficiary of the Revenu de Solidarité Jeunes (RSJ)

18 - 24 years old inclusive

- RSJ certificate issued by the Métropole de Lyon indicating periods indemnified

11. Contrat d'Engagement Jeune (CEJ)

Documents to be provided:

- Valid CEJ contract signed by the operator (France Travail or Mission Locale)
- Proof of payment of CEJ allowance provided by Mission Locale

Duration of entitlement:

- Renewal of rights every 6 months

*Free admission for entitled children (of RSA beneficiaries, asylum seekers or residence permit applicants) subject to conditions:
  • Until the age of 16: free admission without proof of schooling. Their rights are open until August 31.
  • Young people in school from the age of 17 up to the age of 25: benefit from free travel on presentation of proof of schooling. Their rights are open until August 31.
  • Young people not attending school from the age of 17 up to the age of 25: benefit from free travel for 6 months.
