Free TCL subscription for children aged 4 to 10!"

Children aged 4 to 10 inclusive can benefit from a totally free and unlimited TCL subscription on all zones and all modes (bus, metro, streetcar, funicular, Pleine Lune and Navigône lines) excluding the stadium.


Although the pass is free, a transport card is MANDATORY for travel.

It must be validated, just like other TCL transport tickets, from the first journey and at each connection.

The card is issued free of charge when it is created and renewed, except in the event of loss, theft or malfunction caused by the user.

Did you know?

  • The subscription remains active until the end of the 11-year birthday month.
  • Your child already has a TCL card with a TCL subscription? ➡️ No action required! The free 4-10 year old pass will be automatically loaded onto their card.
  • Your child already has a Oùra card (with a Cars du Rhône or Libellule pass)? ➡️ You must apply for a free TCL card in order to load the subscription onto it.
  • Your child does not yet have a TCL card? ➡️ You  can apply for their TCL card FREE OF CHARGE. An identity document or any official proof of identity (livret de famille, passport) must be provided, in addition to a passport photo.

  • L'abonnement reste actif jusqu'à la fin du mois d'anniversaire des 11 ans.
  • Votre enfant n'a pas encore de carte TCL ? Vous pouvez demander sa carte TCL GRATUITEMENT* au moment de la souscription. Une pièce d'identité ou tout justificatif d'identité officiel (livret de famille, passeport) devra être fourni, en plus d'une photo d'identité.
  • Votre enfant a déjà une carte Oùra ? Vous devez faire une demande pour obtenir une carte TCL gratuite afin de charger l'abonnement dessus.

*La carte est délivrée gratuitement lors de sa création et de ses renouvellements, sauf en cas de perte, de vol ou de dysfonctionnement causé par l'usager.

Where can I get a free subscription?

Documents to be submitted

  • A form of identification (if you do not have a TCL card)
  • Passport photo for ID card application (recent, full-face shot, showing only the face, bareheaded, against a plain, light-colored background). You can have it taken for free at the branch.
