Oùra card not compatible: your free TCL card depending on your subscription

⚠️ Please note! If you are a former user of the Cars du Rhône or Libellule networks and you havean Oùra card, some subscriptions are not compatible with it. If this applies to you, you can now order a free TCL card in order to subscribe to these passes.

Subscriptions concerned*:

• 11-17 years old (unlimited)
• Student 26-27 years old (unlimited, 1 month or annual)
• Solidaire boursier collégiens/lycéens/ étudiants (unlimited, 1 month or yearly)
• RPI free (yearly)
• Plafonné (unlimited or yearly)
• Combinés scolaires TCL + Réseau partenaire

Combinés scolaires TCL + TER

• Solidaire free

Solidaire reduced ( (unlimited, 1 month or 12 months)

• Familles nombreuses (1 month or annual)
• Retraités 60-64 ans (1 month or annual)

*If you have already requested a subscription with your Oùra Card and it did not work, it may be that the subscription in question is not listed above. In this case, we invite you to order a free card by following the procedure and renew your subscription request once you've received your TCL card.

When applying for a free TCL card, you will need to provide the following supporting documents:

• Number of your Oùra card
• Scanned copy of your Oùra card
• Piece of ID
• Photo ID

After completing the order form, your card will be sent to your home address. You will then be able to complete your subscription online or in branch.
