For stress-free tours of the city and to avoid traffic jams, TCL has set up 21 Park & Ride facilities in Greater Lyon.
Key word: Practical!
As they are all located near a TCL station, they facilitate access to public transport: you park your vehicle like in a pay car park and continue your journey without stress by metro, bus or tram.
To take advantage of this service free of charge, you need to have a valid TCL transport ticket. Buy it on site and keep it until you return.
Most park & ride facilities are equipped with a video surveillance system and are watched by a TCL agent. They are closed at night and you cannot leave your vehicle there overnight: make sure you check the schedules for opening and closing hours.
